Since my old Nokia 7610 died the other day I had to get a new cellphone. I decided to give the m600i from Sony Ericsson a shot, because
- It has the right size (10x5x1cm)
- It's a smartphone with Symbian (UIQ) on it
- It has a large touchscreen
- iSync works with virtually ANY sony Ericsson Phone (When I got the 7610 two years ago, it did not work with iSync, but all the Sony Ericssons)
and even though it does not have a camera. I have received it today and it's really nice, BUT: iSync does not work with the M600i. How pathetic is that? I know, there's windows in parallels, but come on... I am disappointed and hoping that OSX 10.4.7 will introduce compatibility.
However, to get you up and running with your new M600i there's a quick way to get all your Address Book contacts over to the M600i via bluetooth (discovered over at Dmitry's):
- Open the address book
- Select all contacts (apple-key+a)
- Click "Card" in the menu bar and select "Send these cards"
