I've just switched to my own weblog-system. It's called jBlog. It's supposed to be the best weblogging system in PHP out here, with the admin-interface as a special strenght. Currently, it lets you administer your diary (add, edit, delete entries) - nothing special. But, there is a nice image manager included. It let's you upload images to your server, fetch images from other servers to yours, rename them and also scale them to your needs. This is done using
image magick.
It's designed in a way that lets you easily integrate it into your site - offering an API to draw the calendar, show entries, search entries, and so on. Don't worry though, there's an index file included so you can use jBlog without any trouble. Just unpack it to your webserver, read INSTALL and adjust the config file - you're set!
It's still a beta though, Sterling will help me out a little by beta testing it, as well as muesli. I'll set up a public CVS (and also a project page ;)) once jBlog has all the features a blogging system needs.
Good night. :)
