I have finally uploaded some photos that are geotagged with my new GPS tracker GPS-C1. The cool thing about this is, that you can now see a map of the world and where I have taken the pictures. It looks like this, and you might want to zoom up when you actually use it:

Sterling, Keith and I went to see DJ Krush at the Mezzanine in SF on friday. Kid Beyond was the opener and truly amazing. Even though I'm not so much into Drum'n'Base music, his performance was the bomb. He did a lot of beatboxing to start out with, and then switched to creating songs on stage with a looping device that allowed him to record different "layers" of the song and then mix them on the fly stage. Really, really cool.

I liked him a lot better than DJ Krush, people were much more active during his songs ;-) I only took very few pictures on friday night, though, as a tripod is not the best thing to use in a club. As I mentioned earlier, I went to the A Tribe Called Quest concert two weeks ago. Of course it was da bomb, that was clear from the beginning. Yesterday was a glorious day. Let me start one week earlier though. I was talking to sterling on AIM when he sent me a link to two hilarious trailers of the new Borat movie. After I checked them out I knew even more i HAD to see this movie. Unfortunately, it comes out on November 3rd, when I'm already back in germany. On top of that, it usuaally takes more 6 months until the movies are released in Germany. Too bad. But read on...

You know how those celebrities always look good on fotos. Of course this is only due to a lot of makeup and image post processing to get rid of wrinkles and such. As you can see here, this also works for animals (place your mouse over the image to see the difference):

Compared to other fellows, he has quite a beautiful face even without makeup!
